Ok, This is ONLY a my fantasy, but I imagined what to say Isa to Big Mom after the "disaster wedding" Meow :3 I am a dummy!

That's not how mental illness works, not even in fiction, and even less in One Piece, see Punk Hazard it is the same symptoms even if the origins are different.
